Thank you for all the informative and practical responses to my question on GF
Popsicles; here is a summary of the replies: (check w/ Mfg.)

* Make popsicles with thick juice and/or flavored yogurt using popsicle molds.
Using the thick juice, yogurt or fruit in the popsicle keeps it from having the
consistency of an ice cube.

* haagen dazs pops, welch's ice pops and tropicana juice pops are supposed to
be GF

* Make popsicles using molds from Tupperware or WalMart with juice. Also
consider fruit shakes for treats for kids; freeze leftovers.

* Dole Fruit Juice Variety 12 pack, Fruit n Creamy Mixed Berry Ltd. Edition,
Fruit n Juice Bars - Raspberry and Strawberry

* Try making frozen sorbet:
frozen fruit (8 bananas/pound of strawberries etc.)
1 can evap. milk
spices
corn syrup for extra sweetening
blend

* Seymour's and Hendrie's

* Try investigating http://www.edys.com/freezer/maints.html. for Edy's GF
products
