Hi, here is a response I received from Bell and Evans - I buy their chicken from the Whole Foods Market.  Their web site is www.bellandevans.com if you want to contact them yourselves.

Our fresh chicken and sausage products are free of any gluten. The nuggets and tenders are dusted with wheat flour so you would want to avoid them.
