This is the reply I got from Luzianne teas, when I emailed them.

Dear Cathy:
Thank you for your message and your interest in Luzianne Tea.
The FDA has determined that tea and coffee are exempt from listing
nutritional information because of the lack of nutrients. FDA refers to
the code of Federal Regulations, Section 101.9 for this information.
This is why there is not nutritional information listed on our box.
Orange Pekoe and pekoe cut is the size of the tea leaf. Pekoe is
categorized as "very large" and Orange Pekoe is categorized as "large".
There are no other ingredients besides orange pekoe and pekoe cut black
tea. It does not contain gluten.
We checked with our tea paper vendor, Ahlstrom Dexter, who informed us
that the tea papers are gluten free. This includes both flow thru paper
and heat seal paper.
We hope this information is beneficial to you, let me know if you have
any further questions. Thank you for your interest in Luzianne Tea/Reily
Foods products.
Sincerely yours,
Brenda Macaluso
