My only problem with the GLUTEN FREE PANTRY is that their brochure lists a
number of products which are dairy and egg free (I'm allergic to wheat,
gluten, dairy, eggs, & garlic, among other things).  So I bought a whole
bunch of mixes (bagels, muffins) and they all require that you add milk or
eggs to them.  I found this to be misleading - yes their flour mix is
diary/egg/wheat free but the product is useless if the only recipes require
milk and eggs.
