I received a few replies chock-full of information on how to get CD info in
Spanish. Here they are:

1. Contact the Gluten Intolerance [log in to unmask]

2. There is a celiac association in Uruguay and here is how they can be
reached:
   They are called ACELU  (Asociacion Celiaca del Uruguay)
   Phone number as you would dial from the States: 011-598-2-902-2362
   Fax number: 011-598-2-908-5959
   They are there Mondays and Fridays from 2:30 - 6 p.m. Wednesdays from
      2:30 - 5 p.m. Montevideo time, which is one hour later than E.S.T.

3. The website for the Spanish (Spain) CD group is

4. Thomas, in Germany, has a website with lots of good translations:
