Does anyone use the Nutrition InfoCentre of the American Dietetic
Association    1-800-366-1655 toll-free Monday to Friday 9AM to 4PM
                                         Central time?

   or in Canada, Dial-A-Dietitian here in British Columbia?


If so, were the dietitians helpful?
