Hi-
I've had a few questions about my Applebee's summary. First of all the
smothered chicken is smothered with green peppers, onions and melted
cheddar/monterey jack cheese. It is served with red potatoes and plain,
steamed vegetables.

The tequila lime chicken is a marinated (?) chicken breast served on rice
with corn tortilla strips and a cheese sauce (?). A few people recommended
it, but I'm not sure about it.
