On the radio news tonight the restaurant reporter for the NY Times discussed
French Fries. She says they are now coating French Fries with starch to make
them crisper and moister on the inside. It also helps with storage. She
raved about how they are working real hard to improve the French Fry, now at
30 lb/yr/person in the US. She expects with this improvement consumption
will go up even more.

The problem will be a lot bigger that just Burger King.
