The next Dining Out in Austin for Alamo Celiac, 
GIG ® is scheduled for March 10, 2007 at 2 
p.m.  We will be dining at Outback Steakhouse, 
4211 S. Lamar, at the intersection of Loop 360, 
Lamar Blvd and US 290.  The restaurant is located 
in the mall with Strait Music.

Outback has a gluten free menu and even a gluten 
free children’s menu.  By starting at 2:00 p.m. 
we will have an hour to ourselves before the restaurant opens.

We need to let the restaurant know how many are 
coming.  Therefore, if you plan to attend I need to know by March 1, 2007.
