Does anyone know about the GF status of a Rice Innovations macaroni
product that I found in our local Whole Foods store - Bread & Circus in
MA.  I found this elbow macaroni in the bulk food section and it was
labeled "wheat free" and caught my eye.  After reading the ingredients,
it looked safe to me.  I just cooked some up for my newly-diagnosed 11-
yr old daughter and was surprised at how good it tastes.  Now I am
having second thoughts about whether I should let her have it. We have
had some recent disappointments with pasta and this seems too good to be
true. If anyone could share their knowledge about this product I would
be very grateful.
