Chris and all, I find something could answer to your request (unfortunately is
based in Australia)...should somebody know or test it, please let us know...

The Division of Plant Industry has developed a screening kit that aids
doctors in the detection of coeliac disease by measuring antibody levels
in patients' blood. Another simple kit, to detect gluten in food, has also
been developed to allow individuals to test foods in the
home.....
