I just moved to San Jose, CA - Silicon Valley. Does anyone know of a medical
doctor, family physician or pediatrician who is up on celiac issues?

I am looking for any celiac-related advice from folks who know the area:
food, shopping, restaurants etc...

Will be affiliated with Santa Clara University and Stanford.
