My adult son is talking about renting a cabin near the Grand Canyon. He mentioned Flagstaff, since he's moving to Phoenix.

Has anyone done this? 
I envision myself having to cook for ten people for a week. That's why our first adult family vacation was a cruise! 

I'm flying in from NJ. What is it like buying food out there, gf or otherwise?
