I have been following the gluten-free diet for a month (not diagnosed
Celiac, but suspicious) and suddenly I am plagued by terrible constipation
and acute gas pain. I am sure I did not eat any gluten the last few days.
Iım wondering if anyone has experienced this? Could it be some kind of
cleaning out of the gluten from the intestinal tract? It hurts!
