I'd be greatful for private e-mails from anyone who can give me input on
these questions:
1. Is brewer's yeast gf? I used to like to take it as a nutritional
supplement, but am concerned now that it could make me sick.
2. I know that amaranth is a grain that some celiacs seem to be able to eat,
and others not. I'd appreciate hearing from people who have tried eating it,
on whether it provoked a reaction.
