I have seen several comments in the list recently about websites or
webprojects related to gluten intolerance and celiac disease.

I own a web design and development company and would be interested in
donating services or resources to assist the gluten-intolerance/celiac
community.  I am interested in non-commercial projects and particularly
those which would assist existing organizations within or outside academia.
My interests include especially data-centric sites which would (or currently
do) provide useful information or services for the community.  At any rate,
