i am not sure if it was the "syrup" bit that was the problem (ie do they
thicken it with something?) or if the glucose itself *can be* derived from
wheat or other grains. i know you guys like to document things more clearly
than that but i honestly don't remember where i picked this one up, so i am
asking if anyone else knows any more, not telling you all glucose syrup
contains gluten.
