The West End Gluten Intolerance Group will meet August 7th at 7pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 903 Forest Avenue, Richmond VA 23229.  Please come join us!

Roben Ryberg, author of “The Gluten-Free Kitchen” and her new cookbook, “You Won’t Believe It’s Gluten-Free!” Cooking Demonstration. Roben’s desire has been to create recipes that are appealing to the eye and taste buds, but have just one GF flour! She includes multiple versions of each recipe for those sensitive to one or more of the flours.

We're in for a fun, interactive evening!
