I just discovered that xanthan gum is made from corn stalks.  For all of us
corn sensitive people, this is a problem.  I always wondered why I had trouble
with Rice Bread - it is the xanthan gum|
 
 
Indiana - where there is more than corn - they grow soybeans too.
