Dear Listmates,

A very dear friend brought back from Ireland Just Bouillon  made by Kallo
Foods LTD. in the chicken and vegetable stock cubes.

It does say on both package gluten free.  My question is  the ingredients
hydrolysed vegetable protein and white wine extract, white wine vinegar. Is
this safe? Any information would be appreciated.
