Hello Celiac Friends,

I am looking for a place I can go to (a spa, a hotel, etc.) and stay for a
few days to relax and be given strict GF food without much assistance from
me.  I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, so someplace in Northen
California would be ideal.  However, I am willing to take a little trip
too -- Southern California, Phoenix area or elsewhere.

Anyone know of any such place?  Please let me know.  I'll summarize.
