For those of you who are going to the Baltimore Conference, have you ever
thought of stopping by the newsroom of your local newspaper to tell them
about the conference and about the gluten-intolerant condition in
general. Perhaps take a few recipes, or the FAQ....

Maybe it would be good for a story in the Lifestyle or Living section,
however the paper calls it.

Knowing that the US is thirty years behind the European community, that
the disease is dreadfully underdiagnosed, there's not going to be any
interest in this condition unless *we* start talking it up. This might
be an excellent time to start. The more that's known and recognized
about the disease/condition, the better for us all.
