a few people asked to post the summary:

1) these web sites sell gf egg-free mixes and mayo:

2) eggs may be listed on labels as: albumin, globulin,
livetin, lysozyme, ovalbumin, ovoglobulin,
ovomucin, ovomucoid, ovotransferrin, ovovitelia,
ovovitellin, silici albuminate, simplesse, and
vitellin.

3) gf egg-free mayo names: canoline,
nayonnaise,Vegenaise; should be in health food stores.

4) Pamela has egg-free gf cookies; however i didn't
find them in the local hfs.

5) nobody reported egg allergy disappeared. :(
