I have not had trouble with them, but they are a small, family owned
business, and those who do the baking are the ones who answer the phone!
They won't call you unless there is a problem, or you ask them to. They
just don't have the time! If you WANT them to call you back, they will
make the effort. They really prefer mail orders to phone, but if they have
your credit card number, they will take orders by phone.

Last year, someone died and they were thrown for a loop since there are so
few of them. I hope this did not happen again! The contact I have had with
them has only been positive.
