Dear Listmates,

I guess in my old age I confused some of you. When I was growing up a
capital T meant Tablespoon and a small letter t meant teaspoon. But, we
live in more modern times and Amy Vanderbuilt's books of etiquite are dusty
and sitting in obscure places it seems. My age is showing, isn't
it?!! Maybe even the modern day cookbooks don't go by that any longer
either. Oh, well....good bread is what counts. It is 1 Tablespoon of
yeast. If you could all come to my house (well, maybe not today since we
are splitting up 2 bags of 25#'s of brown rice flour and my kitchen
resembles a dust storm) and have tea we could bake some nummy bread!! Big
T, love all of you!!! Pilgrim South
