Try this easy recipe for:
CRANBERRY ORANGE PECAN PUMPKIN BREAD –makes a lovely gift
Combine mix with:
1 cup orange juice,
½ cup fresh cranberries, chopped
½ cup toasted pecans coarsely chopped
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix ingredients well.  Transfer to a lightly oiled 9-x-5 inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350 degree 50 - 55 minutes or until tester comes out clean.  Cool
10 minutes in pan then turn onto wire rack and cool completely before
slicing or storing.
