A list-member sent the following warning concerning food on Fantastic
Foods gf list (http://www.fantasticfoods.com/dietaryprefs.php#gluten ):

One product on their gluten free list the ready made dish, Pad Thai with
Rice Noodles, is actually not gluten-free. It contains soy sauce with
wheat. I contacted the company a few weeks ago about this and they still
haven't updated the website!

--Who knows if anything else on that list also contains gluten!

Another list-member sent this:

I love there products and just found out that they make the soups and
mashed potatoes in a cup in a meal size, which is great for my 12 YO son
who is often on the go and getting sick of Boston Market and Baskin
Robbins! All he has to do is find hot water! Just an idea, but, if you
put a few of these in your car you won't get stuck without anything but
a salad to eat when you come up against an uncooperative restaurant.
