I posted yesterday that I called Gerhard's and that all of their gourmet
sausages were GF. I was in the store today and saw several of their
sausages-including one called "Thai with Ginger". I was curious about soy
sauce so I checked the label, and lo and behold- soy sauce with wheat was
listed. Yikes.

So sorry about the mis-information. Disappointing, because the woman I spoke
with seemed to know what she was talking about.
