I just discovered an excellent website for new recipes that are
healthy and often gluten-free. I made the steamed salmon with mustard
dill sauce tonight and it was very good and very easy.

The website is called "The World's Healthiest Foods" and the URL is:
http://www.whfoods.org/

I thought I should post this because someone on this listserv was
recently asking about GF cookbooks that emphasize healthy recipes with
veggies and meat, and not just a lot of GF bread/cake/cookie recipes.
I have been looking for that too, and it seems I may have found it in
this website. There's online demonstrations on cooking techniques as
well. As far as I can tell, the website is free. Also, I do not think
it has a specifically gluten-free focus, just really good recipes
using whole and seasonal foods. Check out the Apricot Tart that uses
dates and walnuts as a crust:

Also, I recently bought Shreve Stockton's new book "Eating Gluten
Free" and it has a lot of good smoothie recipes, as well as some
interesting soups and salads.

Cheers, Rob
