Hi all,

I am searching for a xanthan gum which is certified kosher.  The one I
use at home is not under supervision so I can't take it into my
duaghter's school for baking hamentaschen in a few weeks.  I've
contacted a number of companies, stores. and gluten free suppliers and
so far no luck.  If anyone knows of one please let me know!  I thank
you, my daughter thanks you and the entire two year old class will thank
you!
