How did you figure out it was only wheat you had a problem with, and not
the other gluten grains? Or, do you avoid all of them anyway?

I discovered last weekend that I am intolerant to at least wheat, and
since my son is GF anyway, I will just eat as he does (which I mostly have
been doing anyway). (He has tested negative for celiac, but is definitely
gluten intolerant). I know that not everyone on the list is celiac, and
that not everyone who is wheat/gluten intolerant is celiac. However, I am
curious to know the experience of those who figured out they had to avoid
wheat and not the other grains.
