Hi again-

In packing breakfast food for my trip to Nepal I stocked up on the
individual packets of Quaker Instant Grits. I've always assumed that was
GF but decided on a whim to call the company. Well, the instant grits
are NOT GF- it has traces of oat gluten. Thought I'd pass it on.
