Hi,

Continental do offer GF meals.

I received 8 responses.

It was divided in 3.

About a third said they didn,t know they offer the service.

A third said they had ordered it and it was not adequate: Total cereal for
breakfast, bagel, etc...and e-mailed them to report this and never had any
response.

And an other third said they fly often, international flys, and their meals
were GF.

So, you can ask them for a GF meal, but as always, bring a back up lunch
with you.

I think the reliability of the GF meals depends on the destination they are:
they must have different caterers in different areas, and they mustn't been
all aware of the diet.

Mireille, Waterloo, Quebec.
