Forgive me if you already are familiar with this company. I just got off the phone with a cookbook publisher, because I questioned a typo in a non-gf recipe magazine. In the conversation, the editor said that her friend was just diagnosed with celiac, and that there is a really good bakery in the Chicago area that has a gluten-free facility and ships all over the place, plus is sold in some stores.

I googled it and found the website http://www.deerfieldsglutenfree.com/

I have no connection with the company. 

Please. It's not necessary to write comments back to me about it. I don't do mail order. I'm just sharing. They may even already advertise on the list.
