My wife and I will be in El Paso, Texas for a week beginning Jan 29th.

Anyone know restaurants with GF menus in El Paso & vicinity -- like Las
Cruces, Cloudcroft & Ruidoso, NM? Or, have you had a good experience
with a restaurant that doesn't have a GF menu, but has been cooperative
and understanding in preparing a special GF meal upon request? Also,
do you know of any markets that carry GF bread, cereals, pastas, etc?

I also would appreciate info about GF restaurant options in Midland,
Texas.

I will summarize info.
Thanks,
Marshall Lasky
