Substitutions for wheat germ:
rice bran
ground flax seed
Perky Nutty Rice Cereal
Quinoa Flakes
corn meal
ground lentils or nuts

Seeing as the recipe I want to put the "wheat germ" in also has rice bran, I
will start with the Nutty rice cereal.  Thanks Clare
