Hi.  I am searching for a wheatless (it had no flours in it at all) 
chocolate cake recipe.  We had it a year ago at a catered event and it was 
great.  The chef gave me the recipe, but I cannot find it anywhere.  I think 
it was cocoa, sugar, eggs and butter ?  Maybe it was chocolate squares 
instead of cocoa.  I cannot remember.  If anyone has a good, easy to make 
wheatless chocolate cake recipe please email it.
