I know that allergies to corn, soy, lactose and nuts are common among
those of us with gluten intolerance/celiac. But how do you know if
you're intolerant of these other foods? Is there any reliable testing
available? I've asked doctors about this and have been told the only way
to know is with an elimination diet.

I'd appreciate hearing from others who've been able to tell which
specific foods cause trouble and how you figured it out.

I'll summarize.

Thanks,

Diana
