The Richland County Celiac Support Group is meeting on Tuesday, September 3, 2002, at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on Trimble Road in Mansfield, Ohio.
Our speaker this month will be Cindy from the Always Healthy health food store. She will be providing a list of her GF foods and taking suggestions on which foods we would like their store to carry, particularly breads.
We will also be sampling some French Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls from Gillian's Bakery in Massachusetts.
(Future Note: Our October meeting will be featuring a local gastroenterologist, Dr. Robert Mohl, who will be giving us the medical aspects of Celiac Disease, and then opening the floor for questions and discussion. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.)
