Thanks to everyone who responded.....and there were a lot of you!
To make it brief, I had well over 60 responses. Of those, all but about
6 said they have eaten them for quite some time with no reaction. Many
of those people said they were highly sensitive celiacs...like my son.
Two people said that every now and then they thought they might have
gotten a "bad box", because they became ill. About three people said
they just wouldn't even risk cross contamination.

Several list members reminded me that in Canada they are NOT gluten
free.

I bought them a couple of days ago and fed them to Matty. So far he is
just fine. He is very sensitive and on occasions when I realized I blew
it and fed him the evil...he became quite ill, quite fast.

Malt-o-meal bagged cereals make Corn Bursts...they look, and taste just
like Corn Pops. The company will verify that they are GF.

This whole cross contamination thing is the most frustrating for me.
This diet is quite difficult to follow. I work hard to keep my baby
gf....my whole family is gf to prevent the worst. If I wanted to be a
nervous wreck (more so then now!) about this issue I wouldn't feed him
any pre-packaged food that is prepared where gluten foods are.....I just
can't accept that as a practical way to live! I just do the absolute
best that I can. He is thriving, quite portly and happy....I must be
doing okay!

Good luck to all!!
(I had very positive, very polite responses from EVERYONE...thank you!)
