Many responses, including some that it is safe to eat any any restaurant as long as you talk to the server and chef before you order. I am not going to go down the rabbit hole as we all know that eating out is risky. I am sharing those that included locations that indicate they understand safe food handling and prevention of cross contamination for someone with celiac.

Bethlehem is next to Allentown.

Allentown's Wegman's has a pub that is connected to the supermarket. They have GF buns, burgers, and chicken sandwiches.

Allentown Red Robin.

Find Me Gluten Free - be careful. Calls to many of the establishments led to learning that these diner reported restaurants are not aware of cross contamination using a shared fryer, same griddle for gluten/GF crepes, etc. First 3 we checked were not aware of cc risks so we abandoned this resource for this instance.

Thanks for all who responded.

Sara
