Thanks to all who replied.  This is a popular place and I'll just summarize comments.

Many send emails of thanks. One person gets the name of the waiter/waitress and writes to headquarters about their their performance.  Good idea!

One person warned about the fortune cookies not being gluten free.  Another asked if the "gluten-free" sauce is really gluten free.  It is, even though they say "wheat-free" soy sauce. The menu lists all the ingredients in the gf sauce.

As in any place, ask if you are not sure about a food. Places like PF Chang's are very accomodating.
