Is anyone familiar with submitting receipts for gluten free food to your
medical insurance in New York State? My health insurer will reimburse me for
special dietary food (under state law) if I can provide a doctor's
documentation (easy enough) and a "national drug code" for the food in
question. I have never heard of a national drug code, particularly for
gluten free food. Any insight is appreciated.
