To summarize on the question of Bob's Red Mills and Arrowhead, I got
very positive responses on both companies. Many people said that Bobs
Red Mill now has a separate room for gf products, they used to be milled
all in one room.

Arrowhead flours are not milled in a separate room and are not milled on
a dedicated line but as I stated, they give away the first 50 lbs. of gf
flour and do test for gluten. Someone said they coudnt get much safer.
But then I'm thinking what about non gf flour flying around in the air.

I'm sure these two companies are fine for alot of people but in the end
I opted to order from Miss Robins just because all they produce is gf
products. There is also the theory that even totally gf Co. can
produce contaminated flour so I feel its up to the individual.
If you have good luck with a Co., stay with it.
