The Gluten-free Casein-Free Diet website is for children with a form of
autism which is treated by eliminating gluten and casein, milk protein, from
their diets. These special children have reactions to food which affect
their behavior and are quickly spotted by experienced parents. As celiacs,
identifying hidden gluten is often not that easy, given the various and often
vague (or even absence of) GI symtoms.

The site is maintained by a vigilant group of parents and contains a WEEKLY
food updates that list product changes, including cross contamination issues.
Since it eliminates both gluten and milk, it might make life a lot easier for
celiac needing to do the same. Celiac g.f. product sites list products with
milk, leaving the l.f. celiac to do more investigation on his own.

Find it at www.gfcfdiet.com And, don't forget the bookmark so you can
find it later.
