My husband was diagnosed with D.H. (dermatitis herpetiformis) this
week.  He is also an insulin dependent diabetic.  Anyone with advice,
suggestions, comments, please feel free to e-mail us.  I haven't the
first clue as to what can and can't be bought at Kroger's.  Thanks in
advance. Also, I have a bread maker and welcome any recipes.
