Well I learned a lot. Basically, wheat can not be transferred through the
meat of an animal. Verified by Dr. Peter Green a while back.

I guess I feel now that some of my pork gets contaminated while being
buthered, packaged, etc. because I'm always very careful to buy premium pork
w/no broth or additives (supposedly). I don't think there is enough care or
caution provided in handling pork especially since so much of it is injected
now with broth & etc to extend the shelf life. Thanks to everyone for the
great advice.

4 people have similar reactions to pork as I had & 1 reacts to Maple Leaf
Bacon.

4 suggested my gut may not be good enough to handle pork due to villi damage
& pork being more fatty & harder to digest. (This sounds reasonable to me)

11 people said it's not possible for wheat to transfer into the meat & 1
referred to Dr. Green's evidence.

8 thought it was due to broth or additives in the pork.

1 person in Australia said the butcher blocks there are cleaned with a
preparation of salt & wheat flour. (scary).

Mary.
