I called Robert's Dairy in Omaha, NE and got a verbal confirmation
that their 5% Milkfat Ice Cream Mix in both vanilla and chocolate
is gluten-free.  My local ice-cream shop uses this mix for it's
soft-serve ice-cream and it comes in a milk-jug-like 1/2 gallon
container.  I hope this information is beneficial to someone else.
