there seems to be alot of confusion about this and the last summsry on
it stated that glutinous and sweet rice are NOT the same...this is not
true..i have been using them interchangeably as some makers label them
sweet or glutinous and have had the samr results..just to be certain i
asked at my asian grocery the other day and the korean owner confirmed
that they are one and the same...and may be used for anything calling
for the other... hope this helps clear up any confusion donna in ny
