I have found a GF ham. From looking at their labels at Hughes Market
Superior's Prestige ham is GF (no obvious gluten and no mystery
ingredients) and Farmer John's ham is not GF (its label said wheat is
in the soy sauce).

Lisa in San Diego adds this:
> I called Farmer John in L.A. this morning the manager said that
> there is a trace of soy sauce in their ham and bacon, all their
> other products are gluten free.
> ...
> I called Boston Market and their two hams are not gf.
